Conveniently located in the Ramblewood Plaza (near Weight Watchers™), we offer a large facility with all new equipment giving you the power to amaze yourself. Located a mile east of the Coral Square Mall on Atlantic, we are also convenient to the Pompano Beach, North Lauderdale and Tamarac areas.
