Many health insurance companies and Medicare providers are now paying for your Curves membership! These insurance companies recognize the importance of exercise, and Curves is proud to be part of this benefit. Depending on your particular plan, you can come to Curves without any cost to you: no service fee, no monthly dues. And, existing members can convert to this insurance plan, even if you have a contract.

To see if you have this benefit, call the number on the back of your insurance card, or access the website listed there and search for "health club" or "gym". Ask them if they cover health club memberships at Curves. Then stop in our Curves with your insurance card and a photo ID, and we will handle the rest!

New! Cleveland Clinic Employees: As of November 2008, Cleveland Clinic is paying your Curves dues, and you can earn $100 yourself in the Cash Incentive Program. If you are joining our Curves, our address is preprinted on Cleveland Clinic's Wellness Program Application for your convenience.

New! Healthway's popular SilverSneakers Fitness program now pays for your Curves membership! This is great news for our members already having Silver Sneakers too. More information is available at their website.

In addition to insurance companies, Curves accepts payments from GlobalFit. Your company may have a plan with GlobalFit; check the web at http://www.globalfit.com, or ask your HR department.
