These insurance companies recognize the importance of exercise, and Curves is proud to be part of this benefit. Depending on your particular plan, you can come to Curves without any cost to you: no service fee, no monthly dues. And, existing members can convert to this insurance plan, even if you have a contract.

To see if you have this benefit, call the number your insurance card, or access the website listed there and search for "health club" or "gym". Ask them if they cover health club memberships at Curves. Then stop in our Curves with your insurance card and a photo ID, and we will handle the rest!
