Place all ingredients in a mixer/chopper; mix well for 30 seconds. Pour into a 2 cup glass bowl or measuring cup. Microwave on High for 1 min, 25 seconds. Let stand for a minute and invert onto a plate. It may be wet; if so cook 15 seconds more. It may still look a little wet, but that's OK; that moisture will evaporate when it's cooled.
